Description
This is the smallest and simplest of my charcuterie boards, but it’s no slacker. There’s something about Cedar that just looks great when it’s finished. Maybe it reminds me of the woods, or of the ceiling in my childhood home. Not to mention, the smell is fantastic in the shop while I’m making these. Unfortunately, you won’t get to enjoy that once it’s covered in stinky cheese.
